Description of 48" Folding Hitch Mounted Bumper Cargo Carrier

Haul extra cargo on the hitch of your vehicle with a folding hitch mounted cargo carrier. The folding hitch carrier has steel mesh and raised 2-3/4" plate sides. The strong 48" L x 20" W x 3" H hitch carrier conveniently installs behind your vehicle and can support up to 500 pounds cargo. Folds up, compactly, against the vehicle rear when not in use. Includes reflective safety stickers. Does not include hitch pin. Limitations of Use: Never exceed the maximum tongue rating of your trailer hitch. Your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's suspension to carry a load. Not recommended for hitches less than 12" from the ground to the bottom of the hitch without the use of a hitch riser adapter. Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stiffen up the suspension to prevent sagging.
